So I took a rest day yesterday. I don’t it was worth it lol. Let’s just say doing 100 regular burpees today was hella hard! I finished, but I think I’ll stick to the 50 I'm supposed to do once a day. This challenge has helped me stay consistent and hold myself accountable. I have also stayed active on my rest days which has been nice. Oh and I definitely see some ab definition! If I can do it you can and there are different variations of burpees depending on what level your at.
